A beautiful St. Patrick’s Day grab-and-go at Sierra Vista. With 24 residents joining us, delicious sandwiches from West Coast Sourdough, and clear blue skies overhead, it was the perfect way to spend a morning together.

Pet Of The Month

Meet Leo, a happy-go-lucky guy full of energy and heart. At 12 years old, he’s truly still a puppy at heart—always ready to play, explore, and make new friends. Leo brings joy wherever he goes and is a bright part of the Sierra Vista community.

What Residents are Saying

Amber R.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

"Just moved back! I lived here for almost two years in 2021-2023 and unfortunately had to move down the hill for a year but my job gave me the chance to move back and I was able to actually move back into my same unit I had previously. I’ve lived in Tahoe multiple times in different areas and this has by far felt the most at home. From the location, to the floor plan, and size for the price you really can’t."

Local Feature

Verde Mexican Rotisserie

One of our favorite spots just down the street, Verde Rotisserie, is perfect for a fresh and satisfying family meal. Made with organic, whole ingredients, their family-style rotisserie chicken meal comes complete with three large sides plus chips and salsa. It’s a wholesome, flavorful option that everyone can enjoy.

Live Well

Earth Day Clean Up

April is Earth Month, and South Lake Tahoe offers meaningful ways to connect with and care for the environment. On April 18, the South Tahoe Earth Day Festival 10am-3pm brings the community together with live music, educational booths, and family-friendly activities focused on sustainability.

For a more hands-on experience, residents can join the Earth Day Cleanup on April 22, helping restore the beauty of the area as the snow melts and the season shifts. It’s a perfect opportunity to give back, enjoy the outdoors, and celebrate the natural beauty that makes Lake Tahoe so special.
