February Resident Event
Valentine's Day Celebration - Feb 12th
February’s resident event is happening on Thursday, February 12th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Stop by the office to join our Valentine’s Day celebration and take a guess at how many candy hearts are in the jar for a chance to win a $150 restaurant gift certificate. We’ll also have sweet treats for residents and special goodies for your furry friends. We hope you’ll stop in and celebrate with us!

Breakfast On The Go
Thank you to all of our residents who joined us for Breakfast on the Go! We loved starting the day with you and sharing sweet treats as a small way to show our appreciation. Over 20 units stopped by, and it was great to see so many familiar faces. We’re grateful for such a wonderful community and look forward to our next event together.

Annual Food Drive Impact
This year, our communities donated over 27,000 pounds of food to our Annual North Coast Living Winter Food Drive, helping provide thousands of meals to families in need. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and meaningful impact, making this one of the most important initiatives we take part in each year. Congratulations to our top contributors by pounds per unit—The Lark, Kearney Plaza, and The Gossamer—and special recognition to The Upland, The Margot, and Barham Villas for their outstanding total donations. Thank you to every resident and team member who participated and helped strengthen the communities we call home.
