Raising the Standard of Resident Experience
At North Coast Living, investing in our people means investing in the resident experience. Last week, 25 North Coast leaders, including Regional and Senior Business Managers, gathered in San Diego for a two-day Train the Trainer program in partnership with Moran Consulting, a nationally recognized customer service and culture change firm. The training focused on the moments that matter most in apartment living, from leasing tours and renewals to maintenance follow-up and resident communication. These leaders are now bringing those tools and service standards back to their communities across the portfolio, helping create an even stronger resident experience company-wide.
