Our DIY Plant Potting event at Sierra Vista was such a special way to come together last month. Residents spent the afternoon getting creative, planting greenery, and connecting with neighbors while adding a little extra life to their homes. 4th Of July in South Lake
Looking for an unforgettable way to celebrate close to home? Residents of Sierra Vista can experience the epic “Lights on the Lake” 4th of July fireworks show in South Lake Tahoe, set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Tahoe. The synchronized display is launched from barges on the water, creating a breathtaking reflection across the lake. Popular viewing spots include Lakeview Commons / El Dorado Beach (central and easy to access, though it fills up early), Regan Beach (a quieter nearby option), and Pope Beach (a longer walk from parking with a wide, open stretch of sand). For those wanting a lively atmosphere beforehand, the Heavenly Village area offers great dining and energy with partial views nearby, while Edgewood Tahoe / Stateline beaches place you closest to the launch for an especially immersive experience.

Support The Digital Summer Food Drive
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29–July 29, helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At Sierra Vista, donations will benefit the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, providing critical resources to families throughout Lake Tahoe. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.
