Welcome to August at Sierra Vista! We’re excited to share some community updates as we continue enhancing our shared spaces. Our team has been working on seeding grass areas, refreshing landscaped spaces, and adding new sand to the playground to help keep our community beautiful, welcoming, and enjoyable for all residents.

Live Well
Brews On The Blvd
The ultimate craft beer festival is here! Brewfest will take place on August 29th from 11am-5pm right here in South Lake Tahoe. The festival will showcase 40 breweries offering unlimited samples of their finest brews, highlighting local and regional craft beer traditions. Enjoy live music, games, and activities for all ages, including performances by local DJs and artists. Brewfest is designed to be family-friendly, with activities for kids and non-drinkers, including games and craft mocktails
Pet of The Month
Princess
Princess is 3 years old. Her favorite toy is the fish on a stick. She jumps at it and even likes to be chased with it. A fun fact about Princess: she loves early-morning snuggles and curling up under the blanket with people purring up a storm!
