As summer begins to wind down, it’s a beautiful time to enjoy the last warm days by the lake, get outside for a trail walk, or settle back into your fall routine. Breakfast On The Go
A little rain couldn’t stop us! Despite the chilly, rainy weather, 19 Sierra Vista households stopped by for our Breakfast on the Go event. Residents grabbed delicious doughnuts and a quick breakfast treat to brighten up the morning. Thank you to everyone who bundled up and joined us—we loved starting the day with you!

Sample The Sierra Festival
Get a taste of Tahoe at Sample the Sierra, South Lake Tahoe’s only Food & Wine Festival, happening Saturday, September 19 from 1–4 PM! Spend the afternoon sampling bites and sips from local chefs, restaurants, wineries, breweries, and distilleries, then explore a makers market filled with handcrafted goods from local artisans. With live music, family-friendly fun, and plenty of local flavor, it’s a delicious way to celebrate and support the South Lake Tahoe community.
Pet of The Month
Kai ❤️
Say hello to Kai, our almost 12-year-old adventurer! Kai is incredibly smart and loves playing hide-and-seek with treats, going for car rides and walks, and spending as much time as possible outside—especially near the water or snow. One of his favorite things is proudly carrying around sticks, logs, and even tree branches that are way bigger than he is. 😂 While his days of running around playing baseball and fetch have slowed down, Kai hasn’t lost his adventurous spirit. We’re so happy to celebrate this sweet, outdoors-loving pup as our Pet of the Month! 💛
