Pizza & Pumpkins - Oct 23rd
Join us for some fall fun at Sierra Vista! Stop by the Leasing Office on Friday, October 23 from 3–5 PM for Pizza & Pumpkins. Grab a slice, enjoy some seasonal fun, and spend the afternoon with your Sierra Vista neighbors. We can’t wait to celebrate spooky season with you!

The Idle Hour
Get into the Halloween spirit with pumpkin carving on the lake! The Idle Hour is hosting a Pumpkin Carving Night on October 25 from 5–7 PM, complete with a pumpkin, carving kit, beverage, and beautiful Lake Tahoe sunset views. Grab a friend, sip something delicious, and create your own jack-o’-lantern during a cozy fall evening by the water.

Meyers Mountain Fall Festival
Get a taste of Tahoe at Sample the Sierra, South Lake Tahoe’s only Food & Wine Festival, happening Saturday, September 19 from 1–4 PM! Spend the afternoon sampling bites and sips from local chefs, restaurants, wineries, breweries, and distilleries, then explore a makers market filled with handcrafted goods from local artisans. With live music, family-friendly fun, and plenty of local flavor, it’s a delicious way to celebrate and support the South Lake Tahoe community.
Pet of The Month
Argos❤️
Meet Argos, our 13-year-old rescue who was found in Mt. Shasta but still acts like he’s 2! He knows absolutely no tricks (and is perfectly fine with that), has zero concept of personal space, and will happily accept pets from literally anyone willing to give them. He may be the ultimate couch potato, but he’s always ready for his next adventure. Argos is truly a big dog in a little body, and we’re so happy to have him as our Pet of the Month!
